About Me

I am a member of the Baby Boomer generation, ex-Republican that quit the party after the 2000 presidential election.

Some of my favorite lessons in life date back to childhood fables and Sunday school lessons.

I have found that asking questions is a better path to constructive debate than strict allegiance to rigid opinions.  If I am wrong, then I will ‘fess up and take responsibility – and I ask that you do the same.

We should all try to live by the Golden Rule and sometimes we have to agree to disagree in life.

My favorite saying “There are always two sides to every story – my side and your side.  And somewhere in the middle is the truth – which only our higher power can know.”

You sound like you might be a UU? Tx for heads up on WI pensions. It has been floating around as an idea.

  2. Do you have any sort of credentials that you can post for the purposes of qualifying you or adding to the credibility of this site? Perhaps any sort of journalism experience, degree, funding sources if any, affiliations, or political work? If you do end up posting any, feel free to delete or reject this comment. Thanks.
